22 fucking years I've been a fan of this sport, this was the most reprehensible thing I've seen, and the FIA have basically said "Well don't do it again."

I nearly gave up when itv got the rights over here, advertised 'live uninterupted race coverage' then put fucking adverts into live races, thank god the bbc has it again now

I've been a fan for 22 years. 12 lap qualifying? I remember the old days when they had qualifying on Friday AND Saturday, and it was unlimited laps! Super sticky tyre. "Grenade" engines for qualifying etc... (As in engines to tweaked that 4 laps and they'd explode.)

F1 is a joke these days. It was only with the coverage today I realised how fucking disgusted I am. I skipped through qualifying. Fuckface Hamilton is on pole, the most overrated driver on the grid.

I just don't fucking care anymore.

Was watching the BBC's Football League Show. Excellent show. Anyway, they did a piece on some Sheffield Wednesday plays in the 50's who were caught trying to match fix. They were all banned for life AND WENT TO JAIL!

Now we've got race fixing which puts spectators lives in danger, and is just on far FAR huger scale and... Nothing. Not a fucking cent of a fine for Renault. It's just fucking despicable. The fucking cunt who did the deed gets off scot free.

Will get up and watch the F1 live as I actually can. Saves me waiting all day for a torrent which will no doubt be of a shitty race.

22 years I've been a fan, and this is the closest I've ever come to saying "Fuck this sport". I'd deliberately miss races during Schumacher's reign of terror because I sick of seeing that cheating cunt win (another example of a cheat going REPEATEDLY unsanctioned)...

To see that odious fuck Max Mosley going on to the press about "we did all we could do" etc... FUCK YOU! I wish someone in the sport would have the balls to stand up and say "This is fucking bullshit."

And Mosley is leaving, and it looks like Jean Todt will be replacing him. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

F1 has been a huge part of my life but it really is rapidly coming to the point where I will say "Enough of this" and just give up on it.
